Get automatic access to data from the Central Register and Information System on Business Activity —a public registry of business owners who operate sole proprietorships or are partners in general partnerships in Poland.

The registry allows you to check, among other things, a business’s identification information, addresses, scope of business (PKD codes), and business status.

CEIDG vs. REGON – How Do These Registers Differ?

REGON covers a much broader range of entities in the national economy, including legal entities, organizational units, and individuals engaged in business activities.

In practice, CEIDG and REGON should be viewed as complementary data sources. Combining the two databases provides a broader picture of the market and businesses operating in Poland.

Can CEIDG data be linked to REGON and KRS?

Yes. Linking CEIDG data with REGON and KRS data makes it possible to expand the scope of information used to identify, analyze, and verify businesses.
