CRU API from MGBI

Access data from the Central Register of Contracts of Public Finance Sector Entities (CRU JSFP) maintained by the Ministry of Finance.

The registry contains information about contracts entered into by public finance sector entities. The published data includes, among other things, information about the subject matter and value of the contract, its term, the parties to the contract, and its status.

The CRU API from MGBI allows you to automatically retrieve and analyze this information without having to manually review the registry. You can integrate it with your own systems, databases, and analytical tools.

What is the Central Register of Contracts?

The Central Register of JSFP Contracts is a public registry containing information on contracts entered into by public finance sector entities.

The purpose of this initiative is to increase transparency in the management of public funds.

What information does the CRU contain?

The registry includes, among other things, the contract number and date of execution, the subject matter of the contract, its value, term, status, and the parties to the contract. Information regarding the publication and updates to the data is also published.

Who is covered by the data in the CRU?

The CRU covers contracts entered into by public finance sector entities. The other party to the contract may be, among others, a business, an individual, or another entity.

Does the CRU contain information on the value of contracts?

Yes. The value of the contract is published in the registry, unless there are grounds for exempting it from disclosure.

Does the CRU contain information about contractors performing public contracts?

Yes. The information regarding the contracting party may include, among other things, the business name, tax identification number (NIP), REGON number, and address.

Since when has the Central Contract Registry been in operation?

The requirement to publish data in the new CRU JSFP system applies to contracts entered into on or after July 1, 2026. Contracts entered into on or before June 30, 2026, are made available under the existing rules.
