What does the farm database contain?

The farmer database we offer contains data on all agricultural holdings registered in the REGON registry. It includes information on both individual farmers and larger agricultural enterprises.

In addition to basic contact information, the database contains additional details such as the size of agricultural land, the number of employees, and financial results.

Database of farmers in Poland – what does our list of farms include?

Agriculture remains one of the largest industries in Poland. So what is considered agricultural activity? It includes animal husbandry and crop production, including the production of seeds for further sowing and the cultivation of ornamental plants, vegetables, and fruits.

It is also important to note how long animals and plants are kept on the farm each year (from at least 16 days to 2 months, depending on the type of plant or animal).

Another key feature of agricultural activity is the production of unprocessed products that come directly from crops or livestock.

Polish farms are famous for products such as poultry, vegetables, fruits, milk and dairy products, mushrooms (including button mushrooms), and fur skins.

Farm Database – What Does It Include?

  • the cultivation and propagation of plants in open fields or under cover,
  • animal husbandry and breeding, and the production of animal products,
  • organic farming,
  • the cultivation and breeding of genetically modified plants,
  • the rearing and breeding of genetically modified animals,
  • hunting,
  • service activities related to agriculture, hunting, and animal husbandry, as well as related activities

What is not included in our list of farms?

  • processing of agricultural products (the relevant subclasses of Division 10—Manufacture of food products, Division 11—Manufacture of beverages, and 12.00.Z—Manufacture of tobacco products), excluding their preparation for the primary market, as classified in this division,
  • construction earthworks carried out in fields, such as contour plowing of agricultural land (to create terraces), drainage, and preparation of fields for growing paddy rice, etc., classified in the relevant subclasses of Section F—Construction,
  • the sale of agricultural products classified in the relevant subclasses of Section G: Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles, including motorcycles,
  • landscaping services, classified under 81.30.Z: Services related to landscaping.
