Court and Economic Monitor (MSiG) – API from MGBI

Get access to a comprehensive, daily-updated database of announcements and entries in the National Court Register (KRS) published in Monitor Sądowy i Gospodarczy since January 1, 2001.

Our API for MSIG allows you to retrieve information about individual people or entities, as well as continuously synchronize the entire database of listings.

We provide the content of individual announcements and entries in the National Court Register (KRS) in JSON format, which allows for further processing and easy integration into existing IT systems.

The "Monitor Sądowy i Gospodarczy" publishes notices required by the Commercial Companies Code, the Code of Civil Procedure, the Act on the National Court Register, and other regulations.

The journal contains information on all significant changes occurring in commercial companies, as well as on bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings initiated prior to the launch of the National Debt Register.

It is published in the form of PDF files posted daily on the Ministry of Justice’s website. A search tool is also available, allowing users to search the content of individual notices.

The database includes all announcements published since January 1, 2001.

What is published in the Court and Economic Gazette?

MSiG is the official gazette of the Ministry of Justice, which publishes a wide range of notices concerning businesses.

It primarily contains notices regarding the initiation of bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings—for cases commenced before the launch of the National Debt Register in December 2021—as well as entries in the National Court Register (KRS) concerning the registration of new companies, changes in management and ownership structure, transformations, mergers, and liquidations of entities.

Notices regarding business suspension are also published. The data is updated once a day, usually around 11 a.m.
