Court and Economic Monitor (MSiG) – API from MGBI

Get access to a comprehensive, daily-updated database of announcements and entries in the National Court Register (KRS) published in Monitor Sądowy i Gospodarczy since January 1, 2001.

Our API for MSIG allows you to retrieve information about individual people or entities, as well as continuously synchronize the entire database of listings.

We provide the content of individual announcements and entries in the National Court Register (KRS) in JSON format, which allows for further processing and easy integration into existing IT systems.

We enhance all listings with XML tags to ensure they are displayed in a clear and visually appealing format.

How do I use the MSiG API?

Use the MSIG API to automate KYB, risk assessment, and receivables management processes in your company.

Financial institutions and banks integrate the MSiG API with their loan and account management systems to immediately detect announcements of customer bankruptcy or restructuring—without having to wait for manual searches of the journal.

This ensures that the statutory deadline for notifying the trustee of the bankrupt debtor’s accounts is not missed. Debt collection and receivables management firms use APIs to continuously monitor their debtor portfolios—every new notice of proceedings is automatically fed into the system, shortening response times and increasing the likelihood of successfully filing a claim.

Corporate compliance and risk assessment departments integrate the MSIG API with CRM and ERP systems so that changes in the legal status of business partners—such as reorganizations, liquidations, and updates to the National Court Register—are visible in operational systems without the need to manually check the registry.

Law firms have been automating the monitoring of their clients’ cases and tracking announcements regarding proceedings dating back to 2001 by accessing the full MSiG archive in JSON format.

Notices published in the Court and Economic Gazette can be searched manually via the official website of the Ministry of Justice—by entity name, KRS number, NIP, or REGON.

While this is sufficient for one-time queries, the portal returns results as PDF files, which makes further data processing much more difficult.

The MSiG API from MGBI allows you to search for notices programmatically—by entity IDs, date ranges, or types of proceedings—and returns the full text of the notices in JSON format enriched with XML tags, ready for direct integration with corporate systems.

The database includes all announcements published since January 1, 2001.
