Public Registers API

Public Procurement Bulletin (BZP) API

Automate the monitoring of tender notices from the Public Procurement Bulletin.

Product description

Access the content of notices published in the Public Procurement Bulletin (BZP), maintained by the Public Procurement Office via the e-Zamówienia platform.

Our API allows you to retrieve tenders for a specific contracting authority based on its registration number— KRS, NIP, or REGON.

For each notice, the full text is provided along with structural data: the subject of the contract, CPV codes, the type and procedure of the procurement, the deadline for submitting bids, and information on whether the contract exceeds EU thresholds.

The data is updated daily —every day we retrieve the content of all notices published in the BZP the previous day.

You will receive the data in JSON format, ready for automated processing and integration with CRM and ERP systems, as well as sales and analytics tools.

To learn more, check out our API documentation.

What is the Public Procurement Bulletin?

The Public Procurement Bulletin (BZP) is the official source of information on public procurement procedures in Poland, maintained by the Public Procurement Office via the e-Zamówienia platform.

expand_more More expand_less Less

It publishes notices from contracting authorities—public institutions required to comply with the Public Procurement Law.

The Public Procurement Bulletin (BZP) publishes, among other things, contract notices (open and restricted tenders, single-source contracts), notices of the results of procurement procedures, and amendments and corrections to previously published notices.

Each notice contains information about the contracting authority, the subject of the contract, CPV codes, the procurement procedure, and deadlines.

The requirement to publish in the Public Procurement Bulletin applies to contracts with a value below the EU thresholds. Contracts exceeding these thresholds are published in the Official Journal of the EU (TED).

The e-Procurement platform, on which the Public Procurement Bulletin (BZP) is available, has replaced the previous tools and serves as the central hub for public procurement in Poland.
