Public Registers API

Individual CIT Taxpayer Data (IDPCIT) API

Automate the retrieval of financial data for Poland’s largest companies from lists published by the Ministry of Finance.

Product description

Access individual data on CIT taxpayers, published annually by the Ministry of Finance. The data includes key financial figures— revenue, tax base, tax due and paid, and exempt income —for entities subject to the publication requirement.

Our API allows you to search for data for a specific fiscal year based on a registration number— NIP, REGON, or KRS. Results can be filtered by tax year and list version date, enabling you to analyze historical data and compare results across years.

We provide the data in JSON format, which enables automatic processing and direct integration with analytics systems, BI tools, and databases.

The list is updated once a year —after the Ministry of Finance publishes the data for the previous fiscal year.

What is individual CIT taxpayer data?

Individual data on corporate income tax (CIT) payers is financial information published annually by the Ministry of Finance pursuant to the Corporate Income Tax Act. The publication requirement applies to entities whose revenues have exceeded the threshold specified in the Act.

The published data includes, among other things, revenue, taxable income, the amount of tax due and paid, and the amount of tax-exempt income. The data is broken down by revenue source—including revenue from corporate groups and from eligible intellectual property rights.

The list is published once a year and includes data for the previous fiscal year. It is one of the few official, publicly available sources of financial data on specific businesses operating in Poland.
