Public Registers API

State Aid Data Sharing System (SUDOP) API

Automate the retrieval of data on public aid granted to Polish businesses and disclosed in SUDOP.

Product description

Access data from the Search Engine for Aid Received by Beneficiaries of the Public Aid Data Sharing System (SUDOP), operated by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). SUDOP collects information on public aid and financial support provided to businesses in Poland.

Our API allows you to check current and historical aid and grants awarded to Polish businesses based on their NIP, REGON, or KRS numbers.

The data is retrieved directly from the source in real time and provided in JSON format, which makes it easy to integrate into IT systems.

With our API, you can automate the verification process for allocated public aid. Our solution speeds up data analysis, enables continuous monitoring, and supports processes in CRM and ERP systems.

The SUDOP API module is useful in processes such as risk assessment, due diligence, compliance, and the preparation of grant applications.

What is the Public Assistance Data Sharing System (SUDOP)?

The SUDOP database contains data on state aid and de minimis aid granted to businesses in Poland since 2016. It is maintained by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) and covers support provided under aid programs, excluding agriculture and fisheries. It allows users to check, among other things, the amount, type, and source of the aid.

The system functions as a search engine for aid data, based on reports submitted by aid providers through the SHRIMP application. The data may be updated or corrected, and its availability depends on the timeliness of reporting. In some cases, older data may not be available.

Data from SUDOP is for informational purposes only and does not constitute official confirmation of aid received. However, the system ensures transparency and access to information about public support in Poland.

The database does not include, among other things, compensation for services of general economic interest if such compensation has not been notified to the European Commission.

What is de minimis aid?

De minimis aid is a form of public support of a small value that does not distort competition within the EU; therefore, it may be granted without notification to the European Commission. Information on such aid can be found in the SUDOP system.

The total limit for de minimis aid is generally €200,000 over three fiscal years (with exceptions for certain sectors). This amount includes various forms of support, such as grants, tax breaks, guarantees, and interest subsidies.
