We report on current events (on a weekly basis) and occasionally refer to archived reports (to review new case files).
How did you handle this issue before you started using our service?
Every day, we monitored the screens and identified information of interest to us regarding bankruptcy cases.
What has changed since you started using the service?
We receive real-time updates on filed bankruptcy petitions and declared bankruptcies or restructurings, which allows us to quickly decide whether to accept a case or, for example, return it to the client.
We keep track of newly declared bankruptcies on an ongoing basis, which allows us to avoid late filing fees—currently around 1,000 PLN—and, by filing a claim, we can participate in distribution plans and repayment plans.
